Spread over a sprawling 48000 square feet area it has a state of the art fabrication unit in Ghaziabad with a capacity of 125 windows per shift. Our energy efficient products like Thermal Break System Aluminum-Wood system BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic systems) are an ideal combination of an innovative design and unique properties contributing to Green world which leaves a lighter footprint on conservation of environment while at the same time providing cost-effective low-maintenance and long lasting products for architectural needs with U value up to 1.2 W/m2K as against the recommended U value of 3.3 W/m2K or less by Bureau of Energy Efficiency. Also the value of acoustic insulation in our systems is achievable up to Rw = 32-44 dB at normal frequency.

Company uses green methodologies high quality raw materials and German technology to provide world class quality products. Aluminium profiles with 6063 alloy and T6 temper used by the company ensures its products to be light strong durable and corrosion resistant. All aluminium products are protected with anodic coating conforming to International Standards. For powder coating the company uses state-of-the-art methodology and high quality raw materials so that the quality of the finished products is as per industry standards. Automated in-house anodizing and powder coating plants helps the company achieve stringent quality control objectives.

The patented profiles for its K-Series have been indigenously developed for tropical environments with Italian knowhow and extruded by Hindalco – one of the pioneers in extrusions. Product range from K-Series includes casements swing doors sliders lift & slide as well as folding sliding doors and windows as well as facades and ACP work. Company offers products in Thermal Break and Non-Thermal Break profiles.

Domestic and industrial aluminium ladders from KALCO have made a name for itself in the market. Various types offered include straight collapsible and extendible ladders. These can be wall supporting or self-supporting. Company offers tower ladders also in its range.

The Group has a separate company KALCO Installation Team (KIT) to take care of all installation works. KIT employs trained and qualified craftsmen to carry out work adhering to the highest standards in the industry.
