If there are any flaws/damages in the condition of the product it is immediately sent to the Returns Team to send the product back to the supplier/distributor. When the order is procured from the warehouse the order is then handed over to the Billing Team to be billed which later on is transferred to the Packing Team to be packed after the payment is settled via the payment gateway. Once all of this is complete our outsourced Courier Teams take the parcels away to deliver it to our esteem customers within 48 working hours. The whole process takes a maximum of 2-5 working days till it’s presented to the customer at his/her door step.
