Tis' the season of joy peace and love as our beloved Ganapati Bappa has come to town! Let the world shine with the deepaks and the healing sounds of the aarti of the Bappa. We celebrate this in the honor of the beautiful elephant headed God Ganesha who gives us solutions removes the troubles in our way to success and growth. We here call it Ganesh Chaturthi / Ganapati Chaturthi but its also known as The Vinayaka Chaturthi by many. We love each and every day of the total 10 days that God Ganesh comes down from the heaven to earth to give us his love kindness and warm blessings.

The Ganesh Chaturthi season this year is from Friday the 29th of August to the Monday 8th of September. You will find that we have God Ganesha in all our cars resting on the dashboard of the cab. Our drivers being every journey with a little prayer for safety of the everyone in the car and for a better future for mother earth. We love charity and we believe its a great way for you to make the God happy by giving the needy some food clothing and help. God wants us to help each other and then we will succeed as one.

At our Garage here in Market Yard we celebrated the Ganesha Festival and it was amazing! The singing of the aarti (chants of ganesha) the ringing of the bells the plate with the camphor balls burning on rice with a deepak circulated towards the God's beautiful face is a very spiritual experience. Here's a picture of our Ganesha:

Just Yesterday Our Ganesha went back to heaven he left through the water we made sure we did everything eco-friendly so we got a natural hand made clay idol just looking at it with the light projected from the flickering diya (lamp). Making these lamps is also great fun twisting cotton and dipping it in ghee! (Indian Clarified Butter).
