In 1977 VIP Engineers started its voyage by collaborating with CORD Engineering. Being one of the pioneers in the fabrication industry we undertook the engineering work and successfully delivered them on time. The work includes complete fabrication varying from a range of equipment comprising reactors autoclaves heat exchangers storage tanks etc. for a chemical plant in the small scale sector. Eventually the next step was to undertake a sub-contract from KEMING TOOL CO. for manufacturing Bomb shells (without the explosive filling) for DRDL (a government organization under the Defense Ministry for the Air Force Wing). The order for 800 such bomb shells was executed under this sub-contract. Few years later Wallace Flour Mills entrusted the fabrication of hoppers conveyors ducting pipeline & other related fabrication based on the design of their foreign collaborators. This was followed by successful execution of a turn key project for a bleaching powder plant. This project was through Investa Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. After being a registered proprietary firm in 1986 VIP Engineers entered into fabrication of heat treatment plants industrial heating / melting Furnaces. The total supply & fabrication of entire equipment including blowers / ID fans are manufactured in our shop. In 1989 VIP Engineers entered into supply & fabrication of incinerator systems for industrial effluent disposal and also for hospital Laboratory garbage. The complete design & fabrication of the equipment including quencher scrubber ducting chimneys etc. all constituting the entire system are being manufacturing by us in our shop. Thus M/S VIP Engineers has now become expertise in the fabrication of such equipment. Fabrication unit is housed with its infrastructure and shed measuring 1000 sq. mtrs located in Wagle Industrial Estate Thane Maharashtra India. Mr. Vasudev Patil & Mr. Hemant Patil takes the opportunity to nourish his personal experience spanning three decades in this fabrication field by bearing the responsibilities of unit. These units undertake fabrication of carbon steel & stainless steel equipment. VIP Engineers has executed jobs regularly for M/s Balmer Lawrie & Co. which included a pilot plant for some refineries in the past. Incinerator systems has been fabricated and supplied to Indian Oil Refineries Mathura and very recently to M/S Narmada Chematur Petrochemicals Ltd Bharuch among other prestigious customers. In order to ensure quality workmanship in-house inspection has been entrusted on retainer basis to a consultant experienced in the field. This is in addition to Shop Floor Supervision and direct overseeing by Mr. Patil himself. M/S VIP Engineers have now planned to upgrade the facilities and infrastructures by providing 30 feet high shed & hard flooring in the work area extending the heavier electric hoist system and adding more equipment.
