Ltd. is a part of VNM group which is an ISO/TS 16949 2009 and ISO 14001 2004 certified organization specialized in manufacturing high quality moulded and extruded rubber components like step pillions gaskets and diaphragms engine mountings bushes and grommets bellows and axle boots pipes and hosepipes O- rings and washers fuel seal parts rubber to metal bonded parts and many other products.

Spearheaded by qualified graduate engineers we have the technical expertise to utilize almost all types of rubber and rubber like polymers including NR NBR EPDM NBR-PVC Viton Silicon Neoprene and other synthetic rubbers. We take pride in serving some of India’s leading automobile OEMs along with leading players in the Railways Telecom General Engineering and Electrical Appliances sectors. Since it’s inception in 1987 VNM has shown steady growth over the years and had a sales turnover of around INR 400 millions in the year 2013-2014.

VNM houses state of the art Moulding as well as Quality Control machinery. We have 12 Injection Moulding stations from DESMA Germany and 32 Vacuum Compression Moulding stations from Tungyu Taiwan. Other than this we are equipped with Visual Measuring System Rheometers Mooney viscometer Tensile Testing Machines Endurance Testing Machine Muffle furnaces Laboratory Ovens and other chemical testing apparatuses to ensure the best quality products matching global standards. We ensure that our Quality Management Systems fully comply with the guidelines of ISO-TS 16949. This has also helped us to develop cost effective import substitutes for our clients.
