A second coat application is also recommended. Allow it to dry. The surface should be thoroughly soaked With clean water prior to application of Cemcrete. Apply Cemcrete with brush or rollers on the substrate and avoid ponding and remove any excess material. The repair or topping application should be carried out whilst the primer is still tacky.
